By requesting services or opting into SMS communications, you agree to these Terms.

1) SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and requesting services from RISE Pest Pros, you consent to receive text messages including:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service completion notices
• Estimates and invoices
• Promotional offers and seasonal announcements
• Customer service and follow-up communications

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

2) Services

RISE Pest Pros provides residential pest control and lawn care services in the Louisville, KY metropolitan area. Service details, pricing, and scope are outlined in your service agreement or estimate. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

3) Payments & Cancellations

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Recurring service plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
• Returned payments may be subject to a returned payment fee.

4) Limitation of Liability

RISE Pest Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law.

5) Website Use

You agree to use risepestpros.com only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that could damage or impair the site's functionality.

6) Privacy
